The CO Black Roundtable called a meeting around the subject of political awareness in the Aurora-Denver community and Nicholas O. Walker was invited to present among a panel of others. The particular subject presented caused a reaction: "How can People of the African Diaspora Political Power without Economic Equity?" (Rev 2023) Refer to the Resource Library.
Formed in January 2019, our 1st meeting was scheduled and conducted at New Nations Church, Aurora, CO in Ward I. The gathering of @ 10 community members from Aurora and Denver met to determine the issue, and to begin a process of determining a potential solution to, Narrowing the Wealth Gap.

VetVets Group, LLC is developing capacity to support its real estate develop ment mission in AR, CO, & TX which supports community economic development.
It also led in creating New Horizons Community Development Corp (NHCDC) (IRS 501C(3) to support the access to capital side of community development & wealth building. Mission: Narrowing the Wealth Gap.
In this light and today, capacity is required in terms of management and capital: fund raising.
