The Walker Family Trust controls several residential properties and a single  @1-acre commercial plat 5 minutes from the Central Business District. 


The VetVest Group LLC, represents the interests of the Walkers inline withe the interests of the commUNITY and the City and County of Wichita Falls.


VetVest Group, LLC is among a collaborative team of faith-based, vetern-influence, and multi-racial collective of professionals focus on community- with real estate-development. The development process must include both components and Not one or the other. This process is called Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD). 

The team is fondly referred to the the Quick Response Team (QRT).

Beneficial to the QRT and to the public is the New Horizons Community Development Corp.(NHCDC) - an IRS Determined 501 c(3) launched September 11, 2023. This public benefit tool permits access to capital in support of neighbors, business leaders, nonprofit organization leadership for public service projects.

So, our goal is to help our clients achieve their real estate dreams, no matter how big or small.

Imagine a 5-stroy structure rising above the crossroads of Martin Luther King and Rosewood - two major crossroads connecting just outside the banks of the Wichita River.  


About a half block from the front door, an installed concrete path meanders along the banks of the river where one can bike, fish, rest, run, or walk while enjoying the sounds of the rushing water.
