VetVest Group, LLC represents the Altschul-Carson Family Heir property legacy - a 20-acre plat of Agricultural Zoned and Foretry covered land in Pine Bluff, AR. The Walker Family is 1/4 share owner.
similar to our project in TX, the land is located in the inner city with immediate access to major transportation routes. Uniquely, AR touches seven (7) states on its borders which may make it a key Gateway to Southwest or Southeast Regional Service Markets.
The Vision for this project is developing an Industrial Park featuring a major regional recycling and distribution center and the Altschul-Carson Family Memorial Park - a local and National Historic Registered site.
