Family History

Thank God for Family - Historical Legacies Ready for the Future!

People are built on, and Build for, the legacies of family. While there are great examples of legacies left behind  through out the time of mankind and recorded history, there are far too many that are born, pas this way, and depart without a scent of history.
The project underway NOW are a 1st generation of family that is not content to living and loving without the benefit of leaving behind an eternal legacy known by generations to come that, "On these shoulders, I NOW can build my legacy better..."of mankind,
The same is so with the partners and their families.  We challenge each to build with us, better, more environmentally conscience buildings and communities that command respect and honor the dignity of all families and businesses that choose to occupy our properties.
We promise to build in a Quality of Living and working beyond expectations!

International Trade

The CO African-Caribbean Trade Office (CACTO) served as a beacon of hope for International Trade filling a gap of services in the CO International Trade Office. Patrick Anniniba was founding Director.  During my term as Chairman, we scheduled to attend the bi-annual African-African American Summit during the last tenure of Dr. Leon Sullivan (1939-2001)

The Summit was missioned to bring together African American and African Leadership in the Economic Communities of Western Area States (ECOWAS). The CACTO delegation served the Mountain/Southwest Region.

Prior to our departure, Queen Trudy, King Harold Okocha, and Chief, Patrick Anniniba, conferred on me the name, Nwychnamere, which means, "The Child God Works Through."  I have attempted to carry the burdens of that cross ever since. God Help me!
